Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2022, Lévana Chemla holds a Master’s Degree in Labor Law (final year) from Panthéon-Sorbonne University (Paris 1).She advises and assists French and international companies on all aspects of labor and employment law, covering both individual and collective employment relations. Levana Chemla counsels businesses in the context of strategic restructuring and reorganization operations, including the drafting of complex employment contracts, structuring executive compensation packages, handling disciplinary procedures, negotiating exits, managing employee representative elections, negotiating and concluding collective agreements, and conducting social audits.
She also advises companies on employment aspects of acquisitions and reorganizations (e.g., voluntary departure plans, collective mutual termination agreements, redundancy plans), both during due diligence phases and in litigation.
Lastly, Levana Chemla assists employees in negotiating exit agreements.
