Florence Bernier-Debbabi is an external consultant for the law firm Milestone, where she provides clients with high-level legal expertise. She advises on day-to-day HR-related matters (disciplinary law, occupational health, contract amendments, etc.), drafts legal submissions in litigation cases, prepares unilateral decisions and collective agreements, and manages employment termination procedures.
