Fanny Gauthier is a partner attorney at Milestone Avocats and heads the Data Protection and Cybersecurity department.

She advises clients on personal data protection and cybersecurity matters, from the implementation of operational compliance frameworks to the management of regulatory and litigation risks, including issues related to artificial intelligence. She is particularly involved in compliance projects (GDPR, DORA, AI regulation), provides support in the context of audits and proceedings conducted by the CNIL, and assists with responses to security incidents and data breaches.

Fanny Gauthier’s practice is built on a close integration of compliance and litigation, enabling effective risk management. Accustomed to working in international environments and on cross-border matters, she advises companies in France and abroad, in both French and English, on compliance issues as well as in the management of contentious situations.

Certified CIPP/E by the IAPP, she is actively involved in professional networks dedicated to data protection, compliance, and risk governance.
