Camille Billard, founding partner of Milestone, heads the employment law team.
She represents French and international companies in all matters related to employment law.
More specifically, Camille Billard advises companies on issues related to individual and collective labor relations, strategic restructuring and reorganization operations. Her practice includes the drafting of complex employment contracts, structuring of executive compensation, disciplinary procedures, exit negotiations, employee representative elections, negotiation and conclusion of collective agreements, employment law audits, growth-related transactions, collective mutual termination agreements, and employment protection plans (PSE).
Camille Billard also represents companies in legal disputes against trade unions, employee representatives, and employees, as well as executives in litigation against their employers. She also advises and represents executives in their exit negotiations.
